语言是思维和交流的载体,语言是教师传道、授业、解惑的最重要手段。作为我国基础教育主导力量的中小学教师,由于他们长时间超负荷的用嗓,同时又缺少嗓音保健知识,致使很多教师长期遭受嗓音疾病的困扰。一、中小学教师嗓音疾病高发的原因去年年初笔者曾对辽宁省锦州市的中小学教师的嗓音状况进行过一次抽样调查,发现在被调查的一百名教师中有47人患有不同程度的嗓音疾病,其中最常见的便是慢性咽炎和声带闭合不严等嗓病,症状表现为不能长时间讲话、声音嘶哑等。另外在教师用嗓最多的开学和
