继Motoyoshi等用纯化人尿集落刺激因子(CSF_(HU))治疗1例成人白细胞减少症后,作者对9例儿童慢性中性白细胞减少症患者进行CSF_(HU)治疗和临床观察。 9例病人均有持续的中性白细胞减少史,治疗前无中性白细胞计数上升或周期性变化。病人年龄1-18岁。CSF_(HU)每次6×10~6U/m~2/天滴注2小时,连续7天。随访患者外周血中性白细胞计数6-12月,用药后的第1天和第15天分别行骨髓穿刺以作骨髓形态学和粒一巨噬祖细胞克隆形成细胞(GM-CFUs)分析。结果:CSF_(HU)治疗后9例病人中性白细胞计数变化可归纳为以下4种类型:(1)中性白细胞计数经几次周期性波动后恢复正常(3人);(2)中性白细胞计数开始上升,而最后又回到治疗前的水平(2人);(3)中性白细胞计数没有上升(1人);(4)中性白细胞计
Following the treatment of 1 case of adult leucopenia with purified human urinary colony stimulating factor (CSF_ (HU)) by Motoyoshi et al, 9 cases of children with chronic neutropenia were treated with CSF-HU and the clinical observation was performed. All 9 patients had a history of persistent neutropenia with no increase or periodic changes in neutrophil counts before treatment. The patient is 1-18 years old. CSF_ (HU) each infusion of 6 × 10 ~ 6U / m ~ 2 / day 2 hours for 7 days. Peripheral blood neutrophil counts were followed up for 6-12 months, and bone marrow aspiration and bone marrow mononuclear cell clone formation cells (GM-CFUs) were analyzed on the 1st day and the 15th day after treatment.
