【目的】筛选适合新疆生产实际、对葡萄斑叶蝉防效较好的药剂种类,为有效防治提供依据。【方法】室内用叶片浸叶法测定了2种杀虫剂对葡萄斑叶蝉3龄若虫的毒力。选用4种农药对葡萄斑叶蝉的田间药效进行了试验。【结果】阿克泰对葡萄斑叶蝉的活性高于吡虫啉,吡虫啉和阿克泰的LC50分别是46.26和19.31μg/mL。田间试验表明:吡虫啉、阿克泰、吡蚜酮和矿物油都具有很好的防效,且前两种农剂药后持效期长,药后7 d防效是100%。【结论】防治葡萄斑叶蝉除生产中已应用的吡虫啉、阿克泰外,吡蚜酮和矿物油也可作为备选药剂交替使用。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to screen the suitable kinds of medicaments which are suitable for the production of grapevine leafhoppers in Xinjiang and provide the basis for effective prevention and control. 【Method】 Toxicity of two kinds of insecticides to the 3rd instar nymphs of the grape leafhopper was determined by leaf dipping leaf method indoors. Four kinds of pesticides were selected to test the efficacy of grape leafhoppers. 【Result】 Arctan was more active than imidacloprid on imidacloprid and LC50 of imidacloprid and amiket was 46.26 and 19.31 μg / mL, respectively. Field trials showed that imidacloprid, atetezuron, pymetrozine and mineral oil all had good control effects. The first two pesticides had long-lasting effects and the control effect was 100% after 7 days. 【Conclusion】 In addition to imidacloprid and Arcthyr which have been used in the production of grape leafhopper, pymetrozine and mineral oil can be used alternately as alternative medicine.
