为了提高秒级电雷管质量,从火雷管管壳、延期药剂中的BaCrO_4粒度、延期体中加过渡药、延期体芯数等方面进行了研究,对延期电雷管进行了测时。试验结果表明:采用开孔的火雷管、粉碎细化的BaCrO_4、加过渡药、单芯延期体等形式,电雷管秒量达到了设计要求,其燃速稳定、延期精度高,解决了因延期体断燃而造成的产品瞎火问题;并且在一定范围内,延期时间与延期元件的长度基本为线性关系。
In order to improve the quality of the second-level electric detonator, the detonation tube, the particle size of BaCrO_4 in the delaying agent, the transitional drug plus transitional drug, the number of deferred body cores and so on were studied, and the delay detonator was measured.
