为研究工作面上、下盘开采顺序对底板破坏特征的影响规律,以菏泽龙固煤矿1302工作面采场条件为工程背景,基于FLAC~(3D)数值仿真软件对该工作面底板破坏进行流固耦合数值模拟。研究表明:先开采下盘煤层时,断层带附近孔隙水压力较为集中,采动应力对底板塑性区的破坏性较大,且底板破坏深度较先开采上盘煤层时大5 m。因此,为了安全开采,应当采取“先开采上盘煤层,后开采下盘煤层”的开采方式。
In order to study the law of influence of the sequence of upper and lower plate mining on the failure characteristics of floor, taking the condition of stope of 1302 face of Longgu Coal Mine in Heze as the engineering background, the sabotage of the working face was simulated based on FLAC 3D numerical simulation software Solid Coupling Numerical Simulation. The results show that the pore water pressure near the fault zone is more concentrated when the lower coal seam is mined. The mining stress is more destructive to the plastic zone of the bottom plate, and the depth of the bottom plate is 5 m larger than the upper coal seam. Therefore, in order to safe mining, we should adopt the mining method of “mining the upper coal seam first and then mining the lower coal seam”.
