利用Al-30%Fe中间合金对工业纯铝进行了细化试验,研究了Fe在工业纯铝晶粒细化过程中的作用。试验结果表明,0.2%~1.2%的Al-Fe中间合金的加入对工业纯铝有不同程度的细化作用,随加入量的增大,晶粒尺寸呈减小趋势。EDAX分析证明,晶界上片状物为Fe-Al相。分析认为,由于Fe引起的成分过冷促进了形核数目的增加,FeAl3相的钉扎晶界作用阻碍了凝固过程中α-Al晶粒的进一步长大,从而引起晶粒的细化。
Al-30% Fe master alloy was used to refine the industrial pure aluminum. The effect of Fe on grain refinement of industrial pure aluminum was studied. The experimental results show that the addition of 0.2% ~ 1.2% Al-Fe master alloy can refine the industrial pure aluminum to some extent. With the increase of the addition amount, the grain size decreases. EDAX analysis shows that the sheet on the grain boundary is Fe-Al phase. It is considered that the grain growth is caused by the overcooling of Fe-induced components, and the pinning grain boundary of FeAl3 phase hinders the further growth of α-Al grains during solidification and leads to grain refinement.
