众所周知,各级政府人事部门是实施继续教育宏观管理、进行综合协调、制定法规规划、组织实施活动的主管部门。因此,政府人事部门的工作质量如何将直接影响到一个地区的继续教育工作的发展。笔者联系自身走过的路程,认为搞好这一工作的管理是有规律可循的,就其基本要素而言,重点要把握好下列“八个一”: ——要有一个重视干部教育工作的领导集体。这个领导集体,基本要求有四条:一是
