为进一步改进作风,狠抓落实,省科委于4月19日、5月7日、5月23日,由陈义初副主任带队,省科委有关业务处室、省直有关厅局及金融部门等负责同志参加、分别到长葛、周口、巩县召开了“长葛县星火技术密集区”、“予东南皮革资源加工配套技术及系列产品开发”、“郑州市耐火材料新技术开发产业集团”等三个现场办公会,重点帮助解决了一些实际问题。 1.帮助长葛县理清了思路,明确了方向,提出通过“星火技术密集区”的建设,要实现四个转变,即:
