随着商品经济的发展,城市人口不断增加,城镇医院需要承担更多的医疗任务,使管理工作本来就比较脆弱的医院药房往往由于人手、场地不足,而致脏、乱、差现象旧病复发,质量验收把关不严、假劣药流入;依法炮制欠缺、饮片不符合规范;储存养护不当、药材变异、耗损严重。因此,加强中药品的管理仍是医院药房工作的一大内容。笔者从事医院药房工作多年,近学习医院分级管理规范,在创“三甲”中略有所悟。一、建立分类体系
