安徽省会计学会最近召开了第七次会计理论讨论会。参加会议的有省内外会计专家、教授以及论文作者共60余人,递交学术论文120多篇。与会代表采取大会交流和小组讨论相结合的方法,就“双增双节”的重要意义,主要途径和如何发挥会计工作在“双增双节”中的职能作用;会计改革的指导思想、目标、模式和如何适应经济责任制的要求完善责任会计的方法体系;总会计师的地位、作用、职权及其与总经济师的职责分工等问题进行了广泛的交流和探讨,发表 Anhui Province Accounting Society recently held its seventh accounting theory seminar. Attending the meeting, there are more than 60 accounting experts, professors and theses authors both inside and outside the province and over 120 academic papers. Participants take the method of combination of conference exchange and group discussion to discuss the important meaning and main ways of double counting and double counting and how to play the role of accounting in double counting and double counting. Guiding ideology, objectives and models, and how to adapt to the requirements of economic responsibility system to improve the method of responsibility accounting system; chief accountant’s position, role, authority and division of responsibilities with the chief economist conducted extensive exchanges and discussion, published
