目的:探讨以问题为基础的教学模式(即PBL教学模式)在医学生心脏外科双语教学中的效果。方法:对160名医学生应用PBL教学模式,即将临床病例汇报的授课方法应用到心外科双语教学中。分为实验组和对照组,每组各80名学生。实验组采用PBL教学模式双语教学,对照组采用普通传统双语教学。结果:学生对PBL教学模式认同度最高的前3项依次为:学会独立思考,促进学生间的交流,提高英语口语水平。心外科考试成绩实验组为13.0±1.3,对照组为11.5±1.3,实验组显著高于对照组。结论:PBL教学模式可以将各基础学科和临床学科的知识点通过病例融会贯通,培养学生思维,有利于学生对知识的掌握。
Objective: To explore the effect of problem-based teaching mode (PBL teaching mode) in bilingual teaching of cardiac surgery in medical students. Methods: The PBL teaching mode was applied to 160 medical students, and the teaching method of reporting clinical cases was applied to bilingual teaching of cardiac surgery. Divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 80 students. The experimental group adopted PBL teaching mode bilingual teaching, while the control group used ordinary traditional bilingual teaching. Results: The top 3 students who have the highest recognition of PBL teaching mode are: learning to think independently, promoting communication among students, and improving their oral English. Cardiac surgery test scores in the experimental group was 13.0 ± 1.3, the control group was 11.5 ± 1.3, experimental group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: PBL teaching mode can integrate the knowledge points of basic disciplines and clinical disciplines through case studies, cultivate students’ thinking and help students master the knowledge.
