随着节能工作的深入开展,许多城镇小型企业也均重视起对锅炉用煤的考核,並以煤汽比作为锅炉运行和节煤的主要指标。煤汽比在对同一台锅炉使用同一煤种时,确可反映出锅炉运行及节煤的情况,但是当煤种改变时,就难予比较,不同锅炉间,由于负荷波动和蒸发量不同,更无可比性。所以煤汽比应折算成锅炉的热效率,扩大可比性。同时锅炉热效率可以确切地表明锅炉运行水平,也反映了还可挖掘的节能潜力的程度。但经常计算锅炉热效率是一项繁杂的工作,现介绍用煤汽比折算锅炉热效率的图表(见图示),使用很方便。

We now introduce a chart that uses the steam-to-steam ratio to calculate the thermal efficiency of the boiler (see illustration) and is easy to use.
