目的:探讨小鼠妊娠期子宫内肥大细胞的分布、数量和组化性质的动态变化。方法:采用甲苯胺蓝等染色法研究了孕1d、3d、5d、7d、9d、11d、13d、15d、17d、19d时子宫内的肥大细胞。结果:(1)肥大细胞主要分布于子宫肌层,子宫内膜较少,且胚泡植入部位的肥大细胞明显少于非植入部位;(2)妊娠早期(孕1~5d)和妊娠后期(孕15~19d)肥大细胞数显著多于妊娠中期(P<0.05);(3)Alcian蓝藏红组化染色后,可见妊娠过程中红色和红蓝混合色肥大细胞逐渐减少;蓝色肥大细胞所占比例逐渐增大,孕9~19d肥大细胞几乎全部为蓝色;(4)肥大细胞临界电解质浓度值随妊娠时间的推移而变小。结论:妊娠期间子宫肥大细胞在分布、数量和组化性质诸方面均发生了变化,提示妊娠期间子宫局部免疫水平发生了改变,此变化可能是胚胎不被母体排斥的免疫学机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of the distribution, quantity and histochemical characteristics of mast cells in mice during pregnancy. Methods: The intrauterine mast cells were studied on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th and 19th day of pregnancy by toluidine blue staining. Results: (1) Mast cells mainly distributed in the myometrium with less endometrium and fewer blastocyst-derived mast cells than non-implantation sites. (2) Early pregnancy (1-5 d) and pregnancy The number of mast cells in the later period (15 ~ 19d) was significantly more than that in the second trimester (P <0.05). (3) After the staining with Alcian blue, the mast cells of red and red and blue decreased gradually; Mast cells gradually increased the proportion of pregnant mast cells from 9 to 19d almost all blue; (4) mast cell critical electrolyte concentration with the passage of time and become smaller. CONCLUSION: The changes of uterine mast cells during pregnancy are different in distribution, quantity and histochemical characteristics, suggesting that the uterine local immune level has changed during pregnancy. This change may be one of the immunological mechanisms that embryos are not rejected by maternal.
