本文报告视网膜脱离经手术复位后视力恢复不好,排除了原有严重影响视力的其他并发症的的37只眼。发现其主要原因,除与术前视网膜黄斑部脱离的时间有关外,与术后黄斑部和后部视网膜有膜样生成也有密切关系。而膜的生成又与视网膜裂孔的大小、裂孔所在的位置,透热或冷凝的强度有关。裂孔大,位于颞侧中纬线或以后,或接近黄斑部,手术后视网膜前膜易于形成,致严重影响中心视力的恢复。
This report reports that retinal detachment surgery failed to restore visual acuity after rupture, ruled out the original serious impact on visual acuity of other 37 eyes.
