目的研究兔延迟断蒂组织移植局部内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化及其与血管痉挛的关系。方法用放射免疫方法测定局部血浆和动脉壁ET的的含量,用紫外—可见分光光度计测定局部血浆中NO2含量间接反映NO水平。结果术后4小时,局部血浆及动脉壁ET含量增高非常显著(P<0.01);术后8小时,局部血浆、动脉壁ET含量增高显著(P<0.05)。术后4小时,局部血浆中NO含量下降非常显著(P<0.01);术后16,24小时,局部血浆中NO含量增高非常显著(P<0.01)。结论术后16~24小时,延迟断蒂组织移植局部ET含量恢复正常,NO含量明显增高,是延迟断蒂组织移植血管危象发生率下降的原因,此时为断蒂的最佳时间
Objective To investigate the changes of endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) levels and their relationship with vasospasm in the retarded pedunculated tissue in rabbits. Methods The radioimmunoassay method was used to determine the content of ET in the local plasma and arterial wall. The content of NO2 in the local plasma was measured by UV - visible spectrophotometer indirectly reflecting the level of NO. Results At 4 hours after operation, the content of ET in local plasma and arterial wall increased significantly (P <0.01). At 8 hours after operation, the content of ET in local plasma and artery increased significantly (P <0.05). At 4 hours after operation, the decrease of NO in the local plasma was significant (P <0.01). At 16 and 24 hours after operation, the increase of NO in the local plasma was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion After 16 ~ 24 hours, the local ET content in the retarded pedicel transplantation returned to normal and the content of NO was significantly increased, which was the reason of the decreased incidence of vascular crisis in the retarded pedunculated peduncles.
