脑活素是猪大脑中提取的一种多种氨基酸混合物的水溶液,目前报导的除奥地利依比威药厂生产的产品外,还有沈阳军区军事医学研究所生产的产品。由于其能越过血脑屏障,直接进入脑神经细胞中,改善脑细胞代谢,提高记忆力,故临床应用治疗脑血管疾病及其后遗症,效果令人满意。但近年来报导的使用该药时产生了一些不良反应,尤其是有严重的不良反应报导,应引起临床医护人员的广泛重视。
