所谓“数字蓝领”其实指的就是在IT行业当中能够从事大量的编程、录入等基础性工作的专业技术工人。随着我国信息技术和实体企业对于互联网技术的运用的普及,对于“数字蓝领”的需求也越来越大。但是对于国内的不少高校,对于学生培养的目标往往是定位于在IT界的管理类高级人才,即使是一些职业教育领域的学校也有不少的学生定位于软件行业的“白领”岗位,导致培养出来的学生和市场需求脱节。而湖南省的职业教育对于数字蓝领的创新培养方面有着更加清晰的脉络,按照“枢纽工程”的职业创新人才培养的总体设计原则,着力打造成为符合“四化两型”的实用性、创新型数字蓝领人才,以适应社会和市场新经济形势高速发展的现实需求,推动湖南职业教育的发展。

Vocational education in Hunan Province has a clearer context for the innovation and cultivation of digital blue-collar workers. In accordance with the overall design principle of “vocational training of creative talents” in “the hub project”, the vocational education in Hunan Province strives to be practical in conformity with the “four modernizations and two types” Sexual and innovative digital blue-collar talent to adapt to the rapid development of social and market new economic situation, the actual needs of promoting vocational education in Hunan.
