对再生混凝土梁进行了正截面弯曲性能试验。结果表明,再生混凝土梁挠度随着纵向钢筋配筋率和混凝土强度的增加而减小,再生混凝土梁实测挠度较普通混凝土结构设计规范计算值大10%左右。依据普通混凝土受弯构件挠度计算理论,通过试验回归出再生混凝土梁刚度公式中的3个系数,从而建立了再生混凝土梁挠度计算方法。国内外有关试验数据验算表明,该文方法得到的再生混凝土梁跨中挠度计算值与实测值吻合较好,该计算公式具有较好的适用性。
The normal section bending performance test of recycled concrete beam was carried out. The results show that the deflection of recycled concrete beam decreases with the increase of longitudinal reinforcement ratio and concrete strength, and the measured deflection of recycled concrete beam is about 10% larger than that of ordinary concrete structure design code. According to the calculation theory of ordinary concrete flexural members’ deflection, three coefficients in the formula of stiffness of recycled concrete beams are regressed by experiments, so as to establish the calculation method of deflection of recycled concrete beams. The test data at home and abroad shows that the calculated value of the mid-span deflection of the recycled concrete beam in this paper is in good agreement with the measured value, and the calculation formula has good applicability.
