Li Peifeng, the deputy director of the Photography Department of Xinjiang Daily, wrote and photographed news works many times in the autonomous region and the whole country, and won numerous “Xinjiang Daily outstanding communists”, “advanced worker” title. Since taking part in the work in 1981, Li Peifeng has been engaged in the work of news photography. He has traveled throughout most of the townships in the north and south of Tianshan Mountains, especially in Hetian in southern Xinjiang, Kashgar and Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture.
