“Engaging in Social Work Benefit Women’s Physical and Mental Health” This is the conclusion drawn by more than ten years of research conducted by the U.S. professional medical expert John Herder. In his survey, he found that many Japanese women resigned from their jobs after marriage, concentrating on household chores. The health condition of these groups of women was worrying. Some black women still used part of their time as part-time workers after marriage, and their health status was better than that of Idle women and women; and the health status of working women, who are busy and tense in society all the time, is surprisingly much better. Why did so? John attributed this to the dual effects of tension and symbiosis.
