2007年5月21日,伴随着一台DYNAPACF18CS摊铺机从DYNAPAC天津工厂启运到山东客户所在公司,戴纳派克公司的第一批大修翻新机器已交付客户使用。进行这次大修翻新的是山东菏泽市公路局两台使用了7年的设备:CC522压路机和F18CS摊铺机。戴纳派克大修翻新车间于2006年正式建成,是戴纳派克为中国用户提供的一项全新的增值服务业务。专业的设备和维修是产品大修品质的保障,戴纳派克产品大修业务完全按照公司的生产制造标准进行工作,大修翻新的压实摊铺设备均需要在达到工厂的出厂试验标准后才可交付用户使用。本次大修的设备分别在4月29日和5月21日完成大修翻新工作,两台设备以崭新的姿态交付给用户使用。这也是戴纳派克公司大修工厂自去年底成立以来,为客户维修的第一批机器交付使用。
On May 21, 2007, along with a DYNAPACF18CS paver dispatched from the DYNAPAC Tianjin factory to the Shandong customer’s company, Dynapac’s first overhaul renovation machines have been delivered to customers. The overhaul of the renovation is Shandong Heze City Highway Bureau two used seven years of equipment: CC522 roller and F18CS paver. Dynapco overhaul renovation workshop was officially completed in 2006, is a new value-added services business for Dynapac users in China. Professional equipment and maintenance is the guarantee of product overhaul quality. Dynaproduct overhauls work in full compliance with the company’s manufacturing standards. Overhaul and refurbishment of compaction paving equipment are required to be delivered to the factory after the factory test standards are met use. The overhaul of the equipment were completed in April 29 and May 21 overhaul renovation work, two devices delivered to the user with a new attitude. It is also the first batch of machines to be repaired for customers since the Turpan-Paka overhaul facility was established at the end of last year.
