苏芸金杆菌是目前使用最广的生物农药,但在使用过程中,会出现防效不稳定的情况。影响防效的原因虽然复杂,但经试验证明,菌种的复壮方法和代次,确是重要原因之一。1985、1986两年,我们以自选8号菌株(经北京微生物研究所鉴定属苏芸金杆菌群,血清型H3a3b,为本所1977年从自然罹病致死的小地老虎尸体中分离,对多种害虫有理想防效)为试验材料,进行了不同复壮方法和代次试验,并将复壮后的菌种投产,对其产品进行了室内外防效试验。试验结果表明,以小地老虎二龄虫体连续复壮三次后的产品对供试昆虫的杀伤力最强,死亡速度最快。
