近日,财政部发布了2014年全国政府采购数据。据悉,2014年全国政府采购规模为17305.34亿元,比上年增加924.24亿元,增长5.6%,增幅下降11.6个百分点,占全国财政支出和GDP的比重分别为11.4%和2.7%。政府采购规模呈现增速放缓、结构优化的特点,推进政府购买服务改革、落实支持中小企业发展政策等效应逐步显现。
Recently, the Ministry of Finance released the 2014 national government procurement data. It is reported that in 2014, the scale of government procurement totaled 1.730534 trillion yuan, an increase of 92.424 billion yuan or 5.6% over the previous year, an increase of 11.6 percentage points or less, accounting for 11.4% and 2.7% of national fiscal expenditure and GDP respectively. The scale of government procurement shows the characteristics of slowdown and structural optimization, promoting the government to purchase service reform and implementing the effect of supporting the development policies of SMEs.
