在治理整顿和深化改革的过程中,河北省邯郸市部分企业受市场疲软的影响,生产陷入了一定的生产困境。据对市纺织、机电、二轻、轻工、化工、塑料六个行业28家处于停产、半停产状态的企业的调查。 3400余青工中,46.6％没活干,属于“待业职工”,他们每月平均领取70％的基本工资。突出表现在:(1)听从指挥,坚守岗位。在没活干的情况下仍坚持按时上班、出满勤的青工占“待业青工”总数的83％。(2)关心企业,爱厂如家。据对纺织系统1740余名青工分析,主张离开企业到社会上从事个体经营的只占5％。有60％以上的青工表示愿意同企业同甘共苦,共度难关。(3)理解大体,顾全大局。广大青工对党的治理整顿、深化改革的重大决策表示理解;对企业目前面临的困难表示理解;对党中央提出的“过几年紧日子”的号召表示理解。在问卷调查中,认为治理整顿对企业发展有利的青工占95％。(4)齐心协力,勇做贡献。一些企业团组织,积极发挥突击队作用,围绕企业生产经营组织的各种活动深受党政领导和青年的欢迎。
In the process of rectifying and deepening the reform, some enterprises in Handan City of Hebei Province were affected by the weakening of the market and their production was in a certain production predicament. The vast number of young workers expressed their understanding of the major policies of the party in rectifying and reforming and deepening the reform, expressed its understanding of the difficulties currently facing the enterprise, and expressed its understanding of the call made by the party Central Committee for “having a tight life in a few years”. In the questionnaire survey, 95% think that the rectification and rectification of young workers that are beneficial to the development of the enterprise. (4) Make concerted efforts and courage to contribute. Some enterprise groups and organizations have played an active role in commandos and have been well received by party and government leaders and young people around the various activities of their production and operation organizations.
