如何摆放厂长、党委、职代会三者位置,协调相互关系,是顺利推行厂长负责制的关键。本文着重论述了创造一个好的企业内层环境,在企业内部建立健全以厂长指挥为中心的决策、指挥、监督三个系统的重要性。认清传统领导体制的弊端,自觉转变那些传统的、与厂长负责制不适应的思想观念,对顺利推行厂长负责制具有重要意义。
How to place the position of the director, the party committee, and the Staff Representative Conference and coordinate the mutual relations is the key to the smooth implementation of the director responsibility system. This article focuses on the importance of creating a good enterprise inner environment and establishing and improving the three systems of decision, command, and supervision centered on the director’s command within the company. Recognizing the drawbacks of the traditional leadership system and consciously transforming those traditional ideas that are incompatible with the director responsibility system are of great significance to the smooth implementation of the director responsibility system.
