卫生队的主要任务是防病,但仅仅依靠卫生队的医护人员和技术力量来完成上级交给的各项任务是远远不够的。防病工作与部队的其它工作一样,领导有什么样的认识,部队就有什么样的干劲;领导重视到什么程度,部队就有什么样的卫生面貌。要坚持预防为主,开创卫生工作新局面,党委必须重视,要把卫生防病工作列入党委的议事日程,始终不懈地抓,扎扎实实地抓,方能见成效。
The main mission of the health team is to prevent disease. However, it is far from enough to rely solely on the health teams and technical forces of the health team to accomplish the tasks entrusted to them by their superiors. Disease prevention work is the same as other tasks of the army. What kind of understanding does the leadership have? What kind of momentum does the army have? What level of attention the leadership attaches to it? What kind of health outlook the army has? We must uphold prevention and create a new situation in health work. The party committees must attach importance to putting the work of public health and disease prevention on the agenda of the party committees and must always be tireless and grasping solidly to achieve results.
