本文对糖尿病者合并手术30例进行了临床分析。着重介绍手术日和术后短期采用葡萄糖和胰岛素同时静脉滴注的方法,两者同时缓慢均匀进入体内,血糖水平较恒定,酮症和低血糖的发生减少,并可参照血尿糖随时调整胰岛素剂量,本组术后出现酮症共6例次,其中一过性、胰岛素量不足和饥饿性酮症分别为3、2和1例次;低血糖2例次。术后并发症6例次,无死亡者。 This article on the diabetic patients with surgery in 30 cases were analyzed.
