国家统计局、科技部、财政部日前发布的《2012年全国科技经费投入统计公报》显示,2012年,全国共投入研究与试验发展(R&D)经费10298.4亿元,比上年增长18.5%。国家财政科学技术支出为5600.1亿元,比上年增长16.7%;财政科学技术支出占当年国家财政支出的比重为4.45%,高于上年4.39%的水平。
The “2012 National Science and Technology Funding Bulletin” released recently by the National Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance shows that in 2012, a total of 10,298.4 billion yuan was invested in research and experimental development (R & D), an increase of 18.5% over the previous year. The expenditures on science and technology of state finance amounted to 5600.1 billion yuan, an increase of 16.7% over the previous year. The expenditure on science and technology in science and technology accounted for 4.45% of the state's fiscal expenditure in that year, up from 4.39% in the previous year.
