结合舟山市公安局定海区分局的实践,从考核目标、内容、形式及考评结果的处理对派出所考评机制的构建进行了研究。指出考核内容应避繁就简、突出重点;考核项目的设置必须科学合理、符合实际;考核不能过于频繁;考核内容应保持连贯性;考核主体要由“单一化”向“多元化”转变。
In combination with the practice of Dinghai Branch of Zhoushan Public Security Bureau, the construction of appraisal mechanism of police station was studied from the assessment of the target, content, form and evaluation results. It points out that examination contents should be avoided and simple, and the key points should be emphasized; the setting of examination items must be scientific and reasonable, in line with the actual conditions; the examination can not be too frequent; the examination content should be consistent; the subject of examination should change from “unitary” to “diversified”.
