生产实习是培养学生实际应用能力和动手能力的重要教学环节,也是理论知识和实际生产相结合的教学环节。本文总结以往生产实习中的一些问题的基础上,探讨了提高生产实习质量的一些看法。生产实习贯穿于整个教学活动中起到了课堂教学和实验教学不能替代的教学活动,是理工科院校教学环节中的重要组成部分之一,是区别于文科学校教育的一个显著特征,是理工科教学体系中的一个不可缺少的重要组成和不可替代的重要环节。是学生与今后的职业生活有着最直接联系,学生在生产实习过程中将完成学习到就业的过渡,因此生产实习是培养理工科人才培养目标的主要途径。是校内教学的延续,也是校内教学的总结。
