采用酶联免疫(ELISA)技术测定62例结核性或癌性胸腔积液中可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)的浓度。结果表明二组患者血清和胸水的 SIL-2R 均值均高于正常人血清值。结核性胸水中的 SIL-2R水平明显高于癌性胸水(P<0.01)。胸水中的 SIL-IR 水平>400pmol/L 在结核组为84.38%,而癌肿组仅为20%。我们认为胸水中 SIL-2R 的测定对鉴别结核性与癌生胸腔积液有一定的诊断价值和临床意义。
The concentration of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL-2R) in 62 tuberculous or cancerous pleural effusions was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that the two groups of patients with serum and pleural effusion SIL-2R mean were higher than normal serum values. The level of SIL-2R in tuberculous pleural effusion was significantly higher than that in cancerous pleural effusion (P <0.01). The pleural effusion of SIL-IR levels> 400 pmol / L in the tuberculosis group was 84.38%, while the cancer group was only 20%. We believe that the determination of SIL-2R in pleural effusion has certain diagnostic value and clinical significance in differentiating tuberculous and cancerous pleural effusion.
