第三次全国艺术管理学研讨会于1989年8月8日至13日在大连召开。这届会议由文化部艺术局、文化部政策法规司、中国文化报、中国艺术研究院、中国音乐学院、吉林省艺术研究所、福建省艺术研究所、湖北省文艺干校、辽宁省艺术研究所、沈阳市艺术研究所和大连市艺术研究所联合主办,来自全国的70多位代表在会上宣讲论文30余篇。这次研讨会就如何贯彻党的十三届四中全会的精神,进一步深化艺术事业体制改革这一中心议题展开了热烈的讨论。会议首先认真回顾了几年来我国艺术管理学研究的发展状况。与会者指出,自1987年在大
The Third National Art Management Symposium was held in Dalian from August 8 to August 13, 1989.
