用熔融插层法制备聚甲醛 /蒙脱土纳米复合材料 ,用 X射线衍射研究聚甲醛及复合材料的微观结构 ,表明复合材料是纳米复合材料 .用 DSC法研究其非等温结晶行为 ,对所得数据分别用 Jeziorny法、Ozawa法和 Liu法进行处理 .结果表明 ,Jeziorny法和 Liu法处理非等温结晶过程比较理想 .聚甲醛及聚甲醛 /有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结晶活化能分别为 3 3 4.6和 1 96.9k J/mol,说明有机蒙脱土的加入 ,降低了聚甲醛的结晶活化能 ,且 t1/ 2 缩短 ,起到了异相成核的作用 .
The poly (formaldehyde) / montmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared by melt intercalation and the microstructures of polyoxymethylene and its composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the composites were nanocomposites. The non-isothermal crystallization behavior was studied by DSC, The data were processed by Jeziorny method, Ozawa method and Liu method.The results showed that Jeziorny method and Liu method were ideal for non-isothermal crystallization.The crystallization activation energies of polyoxymethylene and polyoxymethylene / montmorillonite nanocomposites were 3 3 4.6 and 1 96.9k J / mol, indicating that the addition of organic montmorillonite reduced the crystallization activation energy of polyoxymethylene and shortened t1 / 2 and played the role of heterogeneous nucleation.
