用正交试验和方差分析方法研究稀土变质高铬铸铁中碳、铬、稀土在铸态和热处理届对韧性、抗弯强度和硬度的影响。在所研究的成份范围内,碳对上述性能的影响最显著,铬的影响可以忽略,而稀土的影响则是明显的。稀土可以提高韧性、抗弯强度,并有利于提高硬度,从而提高了合金的耐磨性。稀土变质高铬铸铁机械性能可稳定地达到:αk0.7~0.8kg·m/cm~2;HRC61~64,σbb85~117kg/mm~2。
The effects of as-cast and heat treatment on the ductility, flexural strength and hardness of carbon, chromium and rare earth in rare earth modification high chromium cast iron were studied by orthogonal test and analysis of variance. Within the studied composition, carbon has the most significant effect on these properties, the effect of chromium is negligible, and the effect of rare earths is significant. Rare earth can improve the toughness, bending strength, and help to improve the hardness, thereby enhancing the wear resistance of the alloy. Rare earth deterioration of high chromium cast iron mechanical properties can be achieved stably: αk0.7 ~ 0.8kg · m / cm ~ 2; HRC61 ~ 64, σbb85 ~ 117kg / mm ~ 2.
