采用失重法、电解腐蚀和极化曲线测试等方法研究了紫铜、Q235钢和在Q235钢表面镀铜、镀锌及刷达克罗涂料等几种接地材料在渭南地区土壤中的腐蚀特性.研究结果表明:紫铜材料的耐蚀性最好,腐蚀速率在0.04 g/(m2.h)以下;Q235钢的耐蚀性最差,腐蚀速率大于0.28 g/(m2.h);镀铜和达克罗涂层的腐蚀速率与紫铜相近,约为0.04 g/(m2.h);镀锌层可以防止Q235钢的腐蚀,腐蚀速率比Q235钢下降约2/3;材料的腐蚀过程为电化学腐蚀控制.
The corrosion behavior of copper, zinc plating and brush dacromet coatings on the surface of Q235 steel and Q235 steel in the soils of Weinan were studied by means of weight loss method, electrolytic corrosion and polarization curve test.
