目的 建立一种简便快速测定硫酸新霉素含量的方法,以控制该制剂质量.方法 运用旋光法进行测定.结果 浓度在4～12mg/ml范围内与旋光度呈线性关系,r=0.9997(n=10),平均回收率99.6%(n=15).结论 旋光法简单快速,结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制.
