改革开放,尤其是加入WTO以来,我国渔业经济发展取得了重大成就,相应政策措施也经历了多次变革。本文首先回顾、阐述了建国以来各阶段渔业政策变革的关键点和标志性变动,并从渔业发展过程中渔民权益、经营水平、管理制度与安全问题四个方面入手,分析、把握当前我国渔业政策变革的基本趋势,进一步归纳、总结出渔业政策变化的主要影响与制约因素,促进渔业可持续发展。 Since the reform and opening up and the accession to the WTO in particular, great achievements have been made in the development of fishery economy in our country.
