运动试验时常可见到心脏节律紊乱和传导障碍。它可为患者的心血管状态提供重要的临床资料。因此,运动引起的异位室性心律对冠心病可能具有诊断、预后和治疗上的意义。此外,运动试验还被用以检测心律失常在昏厥发作中的作用,以估计抗心律失常治疗的效果。本文复习心脏对运动的电生理效应的现有认识。
Exercise tests often see the heart rhythm disorders and conduction disorders. It provides important clinical data for the patient’s cardiovascular status. Therefore, exercise-induced ectopic ventricular arrhythmias may have diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic implications for coronary heart disease. In addition, exercise tests have also been used to examine the role of arrhythmias in fainting episodes to assess the effect of antiarrhythmic treatment. This article reviews the current understanding of the electrophysiological effects of exercise on the heart.
