2013年到了。这是贯彻落实党的十八大精神的开局年,是上海贯彻创新驱动转型发展总方针的推动年。在学习宣传、贯彻落实十八大精神的日子里,市国资委系统的党员、干部和职工有着许多新的期盼,最期盼的就是企业发展、员工增收。这些期盼体现着民心,实现这些期盼,则是全体国企人的责任。从大局去想,在全体国企人的责任目标中,写着“美丽国企”四个字。
2013 is up. This is the first year of implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the driving force for implementing the general principle of innovation-driven transformation and development in Shanghai. In the days of learning and propaganda and implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, Party members, cadres and workers of the municipal SASAC system have many new expectations. The most anticipated development is enterprise development and employee income growth. Those hopes are a manifestation of the people’s will and the realization of these aspirations is the responsibility of all state-owned enterprises. From the overall situation, we should read the words “beautiful state-owned enterprises” in the responsibility targets of all the state-owned enterprises.
