对我院１３３例（１４４眼）白内障患者于门诊实施了人工晶体植入手术，并与同期住院患者进行了比较。结果表明，术后视力≥０．５者占９６．５％。术后无明显并发症。结合本院医疗水平、患者心理因素、经济和社会因素分析了门诊开展人工晶体植入手术的利弊，提出了门诊进行人工晶体手术应注意问题。认为在有条件的医院审慎地开展门诊人工晶体植入手术是可行的。
In our hospital, 133 cases (144 eyes) of cataract patients underwent intraocular lens implantation in the outpatient department and compared with the same period inpatients. The results showed that postoperative visual acuity ≥ 0.5 accounted for 96.5%. No significant postoperative complications. Combined with the hospital medical level, psychological factors, economic and social factors analysis of pros and cons of intraocular lens implantation surgery pros and cons proposed out-patient intraocular lens surgery should pay attention to the problem. It is feasible to carefully carry out out-patient intraocular lens implantation in a qualified hospital.
