在现代医院管理中,固定资产管理是其中一个重要组成部分,加强医院固定资产管理,对固定资产进行合理有效分配能够极大提高医院资产的使用效率,它对医院的健康发展,提高医院的整体收益起着关键性作用。文章分析了目前医院在固定资产管理上存在的问题,提出了一些解决方法。
