12月2日,第24个国际残疾人日前夕,由中国残联、中国聋人协会、广东省残联、广东省摄影家协会、天津市残联主办的第四届“沣标杯”国际聋人摄影展暨“生命·阳光”残障主题公益摄影展开幕式在天津理工大学聋人工学院举行。中国残联组联部主任曹跃进,天津理工大学副校长安玉健等70多位嘉宾出席了典礼。
