本文报告应用庆大霉素引起全身肌肉痉挛,抽搐3例。例1:男,42岁。因急性胃炎,静脉滴注5%葡萄糖盐水加庆大霉素8万u,在滴注中患者出现头晕、乏力,周身不适和呕吐不止。隔3小时后又给庆大霉素8万u,注射时无不良反应,注射后20分钟患者感周身不适、发紧,胸闷、畏寒和四肢麻木,继而四肢、腹部,胸部和面部肌肉相继出现痉挛、抽搐,呼吸困难,语言不清。检查:神清,面色苍白,唇稍紫绀,血压100/60mmHg,呼吸20次/分,脉搏78次分,心肺(一)当即注射肾上腺素等,症状未缓解,后静注50%葡萄糖40ml加氢化可的松50mg,在缓慢注射中,肌肉麻木和痉挛相继消失,次日全愈。
