目的识别、评价、控制某锅炉公司产品结构调整项目可能产生的职业病危害因素。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》采用现场调查、现场检测、定量分析的方法进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、毒物、噪声,各种因素检测结果均符合国家卫生标准的要求,其中电焊烟尘TWA,STEL分别为1.3~3.7、1.6~4.4 mg/m3,其他粉尘TWA、STEL分别为2.1~2.4、2.6~2.9 mg/m3,NO2、CO、二氧化锰均低于国家限值。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,但职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。
Objective To identify, evaluate and control the occupational hazards that may occur in a boiler company’s product structure adjustment project. Methods According to the “Hygienic Standard for Design of Industrial Enterprises” and “Sampling Specifications for Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in the Air at Workplace”, the methods of site investigation, on-site testing and quantitative analysis were used to evaluate the method. Results The main occupational hazards in the project were dust, poisons and noises. The test results of various factors all met the requirements of national sanitary standards. The TWA and STEL of welding fume were 1.3 ~ 3.7 and 1.6 ~ 4.4 mg / m3 , Other dust TWA, STEL were 2.1 ~ 2.4,2.6 ~ 2.9 mg / m3, NO2, CO, manganese dioxide are lower than the national limit. Conclusion The project belongs to the construction project with serious occupational hazards, but the control measures of occupational hazards are effective and feasible.
