The “Petroleum Asphalt Pneumatic Felt and Oil Paper Production Process Regulations” was investigated by China Great Wall Waterproofing Material Company in 1981. Based on the original regulations and in combination with the actual situation, a discussion paper on the linoleum production process specification was proposed and a part of the felt factory was solicited. After the comments, a symposium was held in April 1982 to propose the project to be verified. After verification of the ten plants, the discussion paper was further modified and a trial draft of the protocol was proposed through the Great Wall waterproof material in China. The ten-month trial of the company’s linoleum plants was held in Beijing from November 28 to November 30, 1983.
