河南省舞钢市正式实行全民医疗保障制度,成为全国第一个吃螃蟹者。但同时遭来更多的质疑和担忧:是否政绩工程?财政上又如何承担得起?能否坚持下去?更主要的是,舞钢的制度设计、安排是否有可复制性,能否为其他地区提供借鉴?这些问题的解答无疑对于我国未来五年实现全民医保的目标具有不小意义。
Wugang City, Henan Province, the formal implementation of universal health care system, becoming the first person to eat crabs. But at the same time, more questions and worries came about: whether the performance engineering and how to afford it financially? Whether it can persevere? More importantly, whether Wugang’s system design and arrangement can be duplicated or whether other Areas to provide reference? The answers to these questions are undoubtedly of great significance to the goal of universal health coverage in the coming five years in our country.
