MMPs抑制剂对湿性黏结微渗漏的影响

目的:研究牙本质湿性黏结时,基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)抑制剂对黏结界面微渗漏的影响。方法:收集人离体前磨牙27颗,平均分成3组。将牙体颈部统一制备V类窝洞,酸蚀后分别用蒸馏水、2%氯己定(chlorhexidine,CHX)和2%米诺环素(monocycline,MI)在窝洞内均匀涂抹60 s,然后黏结、树脂填充、固化。用10%次氯酸钠(sodium hypochlorite,NaClO)溶液老化1 h,再涂布2层指甲油,50wt%氨化硝酸银(ammoniated silver nitrate,ASN)和显影液处理各组牙。最后将牙切成1~2 mm的牙片,应用体式显微镜和扫描电镜观察充填树脂与牙本质之间银颗粒渗入情况,采用SPSS 16.0软件包对各组微渗漏程度进行Wilcoxon秩和检验。结果:各组充填树脂周边均有不同程度的微渗漏情况。经Wilcoxon秩和检验,CHX组与对照组、MI组与对照组的差异有显著性;CHX组与MI组相比,差异无显著性。结论:牙体湿性黏结时,MMPs抑制剂能减轻黏结界面微渗漏的程度。 Objective: To study the effect of inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) on the microleakage of adhesive interface during dentin wet bonding. Methods: Collecting 27 premolar human teeth, equally divided into 3 groups. Class V cavities were uniformly prepared on the neck of the tooth. After acid etching, they were evenly applied to the cavities for 60 s with distilled water, 2% chlorhexidine (CHX) and 2% monocycline (MI) Then bond, resin fill, cure. The teeth were treated with 10% sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) solution for 1 h, and then coated with 2 layers of nail polish, 50% ammoniated silver nitrate (ASN) and developing solution. Finally, the teeth were cut into 1 ~ 2 mm pieces of teeth. Microscopic and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the infiltration of silver particles between the resin and the dentin. Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to measure the degree of microleakage in each group by SPSS 16.0 software package. Results: There were different degrees of microleakage around the filling resin in each group. Wilcoxon rank sum test, CHX group and control group, MI group and control group differences were significant; CHX group and MI group, the difference was not significant. Conclusion: MMPs inhibitors can reduce the degree of microleakage at the bonding interface during tooth wet bonding.
