结合TWIP高强度钢板,设计了冲压拉深试验模具和伺服压力机的工作模式,在此基础上,分析了拉深高度与工作速度对硬度分布的影响。该试验有助于制定合理的拉深工艺。
Combined with TWIP high strength steel, the working mode of stamping and drawing test mold and servo press was designed. Based on this, the influence of drawing height and working speed on hardness distribution was analyzed. The test helps to develop a reasonable drawing process.
