运用ANSYS对120 MN桥梁支座试验机的结构方案进行了较全面的研究,分析了机架在预紧状态和中心载荷状态下的受力和变形情况。结果表明:该试验机结构方案很好地改善了应力集中现象,机架以及各部分的相对变形也较小,满足设计要求。通过讨论影响机架性能的主要因素,找出了横梁高度和垫板厚度对结构影响的规律,并在此基础上对原结构方案进行了相应的优化,得到了更经济的设计方案。
The structure scheme of 120 MN bridge bearing testing machine is studied by ANSYS. The stress and deformation of the frame under preload and center load are analyzed. The results show that the structure scheme of this testing machine can well improve the stress concentration phenomenon, and the relative deformation of the frame and each part is also small, which meets the design requirements. By discussing the main factors affecting the performance of the rack, the law of the influence of the height of the beam and the thickness of the backing plate on the structure is found. Based on this, the original structure scheme is optimized accordingly and a more economical design scheme is obtained.
