随着高速铁路时代渐行渐近,产业经济战略中的“高铁”因素开始提上一些专家学者的研究筹划中。高速铁路的网络化推进对我国产业经济将产生什么样的影响?理论上的高铁规模经济性、速度经济性、网络经济性,如何在中国现实中实现?它一旦实现,对我国现代产业体系建设又将意味着什么?“高铁”技术环境与“高铁”产业发展将是一种什么关系?等等诸如此类的问题,正引起学界的关注与重视。2010年3月24日,在由暨南大学经济学院和产业经济研究院共同发起的暨南经济学术沙龙上,产业经济研究院张耀辉教授发表了题为“高铁对现代产业体系及经济发展方式转变的影响问题”的主题演讲,引起了一场热烈的讨论。现将其中一些主要学术观点整理出来,以飨读者。欢迎评议,欢迎来稿。
With the era of high-speed railway becoming closer and closer, the “high-speed rail” factor in industrial economic strategy began to be put on the research plan of some experts and scholars. How high-speed railway networks promote China’s industrial economy will have what kind of impact? Theoretical high-speed rail economies of scale, speed economy, network economy, how to achieve in the reality of China? Once achieved, the construction of China’s modern industrial system What does it mean? What is the relationship between the “high-speed rail” technology environment and the “high-speed rail” “industrial development?” And so on. This is arousing academic concern and attention. On March 24, 2010, at Jinan Economic Academic Salon co-sponsored by Jinan University Institute of Economics and Industrial Economics Research Institute, Prof. Zhang Yaohui from the Institute of Industrial Economics published an article titled “High-speed Rail Transforming Modern Industrial System and Economic Development Mode Affect the problem ”keynote speech, aroused a lively discussion.
